IMPORTANT: Please use the CORRECT Payment Link for the Tournament/League you wish to register for. If you make a mistake, please contact us right away and we'll simply apply the payment to the correct event.
NOTE: If you cancel after a spot has been reserved for you, you will only receive a full refund if you cancel at least 5-days ahead of the tournament you registered for or if you cancel at least 7-days ahead of the league you registered for. If you cancel less than 5-days ahead of the tournament or less than 7-days ahead of a league, you will receive a refund less a $20 administration fee if and only if the tournament or league is full and we are able to find a team to replace your team.
TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any tournament or league at our sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, all players currently registered at that time will receive a full refund of the fees paid. A tournament / league may be canceled for various reasons including, but not limited to: inclement weather; unavailability of the facilities/site for the tournament; inadequate number of entries; schedule conflicts of the tournament organizer; etc. In the unlikely event of a tournament cancellation, notification will be sent via email.
