NOTE: This is an Afternoon / Evening tournament with Check-In time of 3:30pm.
The Tournament will run for about 6 to 7 hours.
Depending on your performance in playoffs (elimination brackets),
your day may end anywhere between 8:30pm and 10pm.

VBmatch and ARPD will co-host an indoor volleyball tournament on 11/5/2016 Saturday. This is an Afternoon / Evening Tournament with a Check-In time of 3:30pm in the afternoon at Alameda Point Gym.

Furthermore, we will be providing FREE Chipotle Dinner to the first 4 teams (i.e. the first 16 players) that register PLUS all Team Captains !

* A "Team Captain" is the individual on a team who pays the deposit for the entire team.

FORMAT: Unisex Reverse-Coed 4s
- Games are played on a Women's Net
- Teams may have any combination of men & women (including all women or all men)
- Women hit and block as usual (women are "front row" at all times even when they are the server)
- Men must hit from back-row and may NEVER block

Each team will be scheduled for 4 to 6 pool-play (round-robin) games. This is followed by playoffs where all teams advance to the elimination bracket(s).

REGISTRATION FEE :
- $120-per-team (with FREE Chipotle Dinner for 1st four teams to register Plus all Team Captains!)
- On-Site Registration on Sat 11/5 (space permitting) : $130-per-team

NOTE: For Unisex Reverse-Coed 4s, substitutions are allowed (regardless of gender). However, teams must pay an extra $5 for each additional player on their roster beyond the first 4. Our insurance premium is based on the total number of participants.

To register for the Saturday 11/5 Alameda INDOOR Tournament, submit your Team Roster via this Online Form and then pay a DEPOSIT via the paypal button below (scroll down to bottom of page) -OR- by mailing a check. The Actual Entry Fee is due on-site on Saturday 11/5. (Your deposit will be refunded once your actual entry fee is received).

NOTE: Space is limited, so we will send you an email after we receive your payment to let you know if we can accept your entry. You are NOT officially registered until you receive a confirmation email from us.

TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the tournament at our sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, all players currently registered at that time will receive a full refund of the fees paid. The tournament may be canceled for various reasons including, but not limited to: inclement weather; unavailability of the facilities/site for the tournament; inadequate number of entries; schedule conflicts of the tournament organizer; etc. In the unlikely event of a tournament cancellation, notification will be sent via email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN AN ASSUMPTION OF RISKS / WAIVER OF CLAIMS / RELEASE OF LIABILITY / INDEMNITY / BINDING ARBITRATION / WAIVER OF STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS AGREEMENT ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT (BEFORE YOU START PLAYING). Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to see this Agreement before the day of the tournament. A Junior Player must be 14-17 years-old and must have a signed parental consent / waiver form.

(Deposit will be refunded after actual entry fee is received)

NOTE: If you cancel after a spot has been reserved for you, you will only receive a full refund if you cancel at least 5-days ahead of the tournament you registered for. If you cancel less than 5-days ahead of the tournament, you will receive a refund less a $20 administration fee IF AND ONLY IF the tournament is full (i.e. sold out) AND we are able to find a team to replace your team.
