VBmatch and Alameda Recreation & Parks Dept. (ARPD*) will co-host a Grass 2-on-2 Volleyball Tournament for Girls on Sunday, July 27, 2014.

We will offer two divisions: Varsity-Division for Girls going into 10th - 12th grade in the Fall; JV-Division for Girls going into 7th - 9th grade in the Fall.
The grades serve as a general guideline for which division players should play in. Players who are in 8th grade or below should probably play in JV-division; 11th and 12th graders should play in Varsity-division. 9th and 10th graders can decide which Division to enter based on their current skill level. Also, depending on the number of entrants, we reserve the right to move teams up or down or create a separate division.
NOTE: This tournament is a VBmatch / Alameda Recreation & Parks Department (ARPD) event. This is not an NCVA event and hence, you do not need to be a "club volleyball player" to participate.
Each team will be scheduled for a minimum of 4 pool-play (round-robin) games. All teams will advance to playoffs.
JUNIORS DIVISION ENTRY FEE: The actual entry fee is $20-per-person for early pre-registration by Fri 7/18, $25-per-person for pre-registration by Fri 7/25 and $30-per-person for registration after Fri 7/25. Space-permitting, on-site registration on Sun 7/27 will be accepted.
* Because we are co-hosting this event with Alameda Recreation and Parks Dept., to pre-register, simply put down a deposit via the payment button below (scroll down) to reserve a spot and pay the actual entry fee by cash or check payable to "ARPD" on the event day. The deposit will be refunded after the actual entry fee is received from you.
Check-In from 9:30 to 10:00am.
Refund Policy for Cancellations, Defaults, and No-Shows: If you cancel by 7/22, you will receive a full refund of the fees/deposit you paid. If you cancel by 7/26 (10am), you will only receive a refund of half of the fees/deposit you paid. If you cancel less than 24-hours ahead of the tournament, default by checking-in more than 20-minutes late or simply fail to show up, you will forfeit all the fees/deposit you paid.
