$23/player (pre-registered by 8/3);
$26/player (pre-registered by 5pm 8/6);
$30/player (on-site registration if space is available)

If you cancel by 8/4, you will receive a full refund of the fees you paid. If you cancel by 8/6 (10am), you will only receive a refund of half of the fees you paid. If you cancel after 8/6 (10am), default by checking in more than 20-minutes late or simply fail to show up, you will forfeit all the fees you paid.

IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER FORM ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT (BEFORE YOU START PLAYING). Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to see this Agreement before the day of the tournament.

We reserve the right to cancel the tournament at our sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, all players currently registered at that time will receive a full refund of their paid deposits. The tournament may be canceled for various reasons including, but not limited to: inclement weather; unavailability of the facilities/site for the tournament; inadequate number of entries; schedule conflicts of the tournament organizer; etc. In the unlikely event of a tournament cancellation, all registered players will be notified. By registering for this tournament, you signify that you agree with this cancellation policy and other stated terms.

By registering for the tournament, you are agreeing to the listed terms for the tournament. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your entry fee AND confirm that spaces are still available.
